sarah sze's work is a mixture of all things ordinary, her work was on display in a recent exhibition held at maison hermès store tokyo. everyday objects were placed in a particular order to form the installation,
some spread across the floor others in piles.the objects ranged from matches, cord, sponges to boxes,
desk lamps and measuring tape. whichever way you look at it her work can be seen as an organized mess.
sarah sze's work focusses on objects as a mass and not as individual products, she chooses her objects
based on color, form and light. being from an architectural background space is also a key feature of her
installations.
